Yoshin Products Type

01Skived-Fin Heatsink

Skived Fin heat sinks can be an alternative to extruded heat sinks when looking for a fin density which can’t be achieved by extrusion technology. All-In-One process ,with very high performance, leading the heat innovation innovation high density ,high aspect ratio, excellent performance.Applied to Communication, UPS, inverter, controller, wind power converter, SVG telecommunication.

02CNC-Machining

Metal/plastic materials covering various industries are produced by turning, milling, drilling, assembly and other machining processes for non-standard parts processing special-shaped parts customized 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining center can process various precision multi-surface special-shaped complex parts, with the maximum processing size of 1500*800*500mm and the processing precision up to 0.005mm.

03Soldering Process

Heat pipe soldering heat sink with very high thermal conduction ,highly efficient in small form factor systems ,can be combined with other manufacturing technologies Heat transfer over longer distances possible Great design freedom and flexibility through increasing the number of heat pipes.

04Liquid cold plate

Liquid cold plate with flow paths for a heat-transfer fluid to flow through, when the plates absorb electrical waste heat, they dissipate it through the flow paths using liquid cooling. The flow path inside the cold-plates can be machined in various shapes , can allow cold plates to more effectively absorb and transfer large amounts of heat. The liquid cold plate performance was depends on the available surface area in the flow paths, the flow rate and the material used to make the cold plate.

Industry Newsmore+

How a Heat Pipe Works A heat pipe consists of a working fluid, a wick structure, and a vacuum-tight containment unit (envelope). The heat input vaporizes the working fluid in liquid form at the wick surface in the evaporator section. Vapor and its associated latent heat flow toward the colder condenser section, where it condenses, giving up the latent heat. Capillary action then moves the condensed liquid back [View Details]
